SUBJECT:  BLACK IMAGE RECORDED WITH SPECIFIC FORMAT AND OUTPUT SIGNAL SETTINGS

DESCRIPTION

A black image will be recorded under the following format and conditions:

Format

SStP, Apple ProRes, or Avid DNxHD®

Conditions

  SDI Out1 Output setting: OFF

  SDI Out2 Output setting: OFF

  HDMI Output setting: ON

  HDMI monitor not connected

NOTE:

  The symptom occurs only when all four conditions are met in combination with one of the formats listed.

  The symptom will be corrected with V3.0 software.

  To prevent the symptom in the meantime, avoid using all conditions listed above simultaneously.
