Auto-Reverse Mechanism Service

The A-7300's auto-reverse is a complex mechanical and electronic system requiring special attention:

• Clean and lubricate direction-switching mechanism
• Inspect end-of-tape foil sensors for oxidation
• Verify proper operation of direction-reversing solenoids
• Check head positioning mechanism for smooth travel
