Check main AC fuse. Test standby power supply for +/- 5V or 3.3V. Inspect for bulging/leaking primary power supply capacitors. |

Reseat all internal ribbon cables and connectors. Check for cold solder joints, especially on large power supply pins and transformer connections. |
