Broken handle or Frame

Usually the handle breaks because it has separated itself from the frame. If you have a wobbly handle, there is a possibility that the frame is already damaged. The three images below show damage to the frame.

Replacing the handle and the frame involves very intricate and time consuming work. It requires a seasoned technician who is electronically savvy and takes all necessary precautions such as grounding oneself before touching modern electronic printed circuit boards. Next step is to transfer all parts from damaged frame to the new.

Self Diagnosis Error Codes

Before you send or bring the camera to us for a repair: Your camcorder has a self-diagnosis display function. This condition displays your camcorders condition as a five digit code (combination of letters, numbers and figures) on the LCD screen display windows or on the view finder. If the five digit code is displayed. Check the error code chart, the last two digits indicated by □□ will differ depending on the state of your camcorder.
