    Dianne, Harout, and Andy totally made my day when I brought in a broken camcorder. My uncle passed away a few years ago and I found an old box buried in our garage with his camcorder packed neatly away. I discovered a tape was still in the camera but after I ejected the tape the cassette carriage would not reseat back into the camera. I called Tek and they said they would take a look if I brought it down. I took this 20 year old camera to Tek and within 15 minutes they fixed it. I was totally blow away by their level of professionalism, knowledge, and their willingness to help me. I have never experienced customer service like that before in LA. You will not be disappointed if you bring your gear to Tek. I HIGHLY recommend their services. They will absolutely go the extra mile for you. I wish I am able to give them 6 stars!

    My advice - if you have a mac, you want Tek Media - you want Andy. P-E-R-I-O-D!.

    This is the place to go if you need computer repairing and broadcasting !! Andy is the guy if you need any and I mean any technical help. They have reasonable prices , free estimates and amazing turn around time!! Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!!! I got my camera back within 48 hours and I paid fraction of price with what his competitors asked for. I highly recommend this place!

    The best experience!! I took my Toshiba notebook in for a faulty fan and installation of recovery media/operating system. I got my diagnosis the same day and it was ready for pick up the next morning! As if that wasn't amazing enough, I was charged an incredibly fair and low service fee. Anywhere else would have charged 3-4 times what I paid! Andy is a very honest and kind man, and his staff are all professionals. Highly recommended and will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks again, Andy!! :)

    The repair/new part is still great, over a year later. Still happy, and so I stand by my previous review. It is a true accounting of my experience with Tek and Andy at that time.
    I hope that Yelp will not think that I am some paid shill for this company and posts my glowing review, finally, rather than leaving it filtered out of sight.

    I am a true believer in second chances. No one is perfect, we all have our off days. With that said, I was surprised to receive a call from Andy the owner of Tek Media Group after my initial review. My printer still needed to be repaired and he offered to repair it with no charge and with an extended warranty. I returned the printer and the work was completed by the next business day. Communication and follow through prompted this updated review. Thank you Andy!

    I had problems with my Bang and Olsen speakers After lots of research they have been recommended by a specialist from N Y Probably that was the first repair pick up and delivery with no hassle . Wonderful device !

    My 30+ year old BeoCenter has damaged by lightning and parts are extremely rare. I don't live anywhere the shop, and shipping costs would run several hundred dollars. Tek Media was able to provide me with GREAT information on the reparability and an estimate for repairs so that I could make an educated decision on whether to have the BeoCenter repaired. The rep was also able to provide me with information on their technical capabilities. I would not hesitate to use Tek Media for any repairs on my beloved Bang & Olufsen.
